How come my site is not available, even though my account is setup?
With domain accounts, it takes up to 72 hours before your domain will be recognized by all of the internet WHOIS databases.

How do I upload my files to the server?
DynamicWebSpace offers two methods to upload your files, FTP & frontpage access.
FTP:

Many good FTP programs are available, such as WSFTP. To use FTP, enter the servername (yourdomain.com), and the username and password supplied to you with your domain setup
confirmation. Make sure that you upload files to the /httpdocs folder.


Frontpage:
If you elected to install frontpage with your account, simply login with the username and your provided password.

How do I know the number of people visiting my site?
Go to www.yourdomain.com/stats, and enter your provided FTP username and password to login. This statistics program will provide you with monthly usage reports and charts.

Can I set up password protected folders in my hosting space?
Yes, simply login to your personal control panel at http://plesk.dynamicweb.us/ your domain name and password. Once you have entered your personal control panel, simply select the Icon named "Directories" and add the directory you would like to protect as well as it's corresponding username/ password combination when prompted.
