What is an Email Form? How Do I setup form-to-email?
A Form-to-email form allows web visitors to complete an online webpage form, and have the results emailed to you.

PLEASE NOTE: A PHP Script is required to set up a form for your users to send an e-mail from your site. I have a small script that I can provide you along with the code for a form to e-mail page. Please note that it is a very simple form but can easilly configured to your needs.
